APE Returns to San Francisco Oct. 13 & 14!
The Alternative Press Expo (APE) returns to the Concourse Exhibition Center in San Francisco on October 13 and 14 for two big days of comics magic! Coming off its best year ever in 2011 (with over 5,500 attendees), the show showcases publishers and artists from all over the country with a giant exhibit hall featuring the very best in comic art.
APE is celebrating its 19th year in the Bay area and will once again have a full programming schedule, including panels and workshops, with a focus on the event's special guests. Already signed on as guests for APE 2012 are Sergio Aragonès, Eric Drooker, all three Hernandez brothers, Gilbert, Jaime, and Mario (celebrating the 30th anniversary of Love & Rockets), Ben Katchor, and Jim Woodring. Click here for more information on APE's special guests.
APE sells out fast, so if you're interesting in exhibiting at the show, please download the application now, fill it out and send it in. Please note that sending in an application is not a guarantee of space. The Exhibits Department will contact you with availability.
