Important Information Regarding Programs and Autographs at Comic-Con
All event and program rooms have limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshal. Even though your badge
is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its
capacity. We do not clear rooms between events. Most autograph signings are of a limited nature.
Your badge does not guarantee autographs at any event.

We're sorry, all Returned Memberships have been sold.
Some individuals are offering Comic-Con Badges, Complimentary Passes and Bar Codes for sale at online auction sites at inflated prices.
While they say these are okay for use during Comic-Con, in most instances this is not the case. Last year many found the items they purchased were not valid and lost the money they spent on them.
Comic-Con is once again making returned memberships available for sale at face value. This year they will be available at the Comic-Con website.

There will be NO ONSITE REGISTRATION for:

Please check your confirmation to see if you have a badge with Preview Night.
If you do not have a confirmation that says "With Preview Night" you may not
attend Preview Night and you may not pick up your badge on Preview Night. All
members should follow the directions on their confirmations for when to pickup
their badges.
4-DAY PICK-UP
WITH PREVIEW NIGHT
Badges for all Full Memberships purchased with Preview Night will be available
for pick-up at Attendee Pre-Registration in the Convention Center's Sails Pavilion
(Upper Level), beginning Wednesday, July 21st at 3:00 p.m.
4-DAY PICK-UP
WITHOUT PREVIEW NIGHT
4-Day Memberships purchased without Preview Night may be redeemed beginning
Thursday July 22nd at 8:30AM.
SINGLE DAY MEMBERSHIP PICK UP
Single day memberships can only be used for the day you chose when registering and
cannot be picked-up in advance of that day. For example; if you registered for a
Thursday membership, that badge is only good on Thursday and must be picked up at
registration on Thursday.
Single day memberships may be picked up at Attendee Pre-Registration during the
following hours only:
Thursday, July 22
8:30am to 6:00pm
Friday, July 23
8:30am to 6:00pm
Saturday, July 24
8:30am to 6:00pm
Sunday, July 25
8:30am to 4:00pm
No Multiple day pick-up is allowed for single day badges.
For example: when you pick-up your Thursday badge you may not also pick-up your Friday and Sunday badge.
Single day badges for Thursday, or any other day, will not be issued on Preview Night.
You cannot register on Wednesday night if you have a single day badge.
ADDITIONAL LOCATION FOR BADGE PICK-UP
You can STILL pick-up your badge at the Convention Center as usual. And now, for the convenience of those staying
in Mission Valley hotels, 4-Day Memberships and Thursday-only Memberships
can also be picked up offsite this
year at the Town & Country Hotel Convention Center in Mission Valley.
No badges or memberships for the 2010 Comic-Con will be sold on-site at the Convention Center.
You must preregister everyone in your party before you arrive on site. Encourage your friends to
register early, before we sell out.
PLEASE NOTE: Only one registration per person and that each person will need to
have a valid photo ID that matches the name on their confirmation when picking-up a badge at the show next year.
WITH OR WITHOUT PREVIEW NIGHT
New in 2010! Some membership options include Preview Night and some do
not. Please make sure you make the desired selection before checking out.
All 4-Day Memberships including those with Preview Night are now sold out.
* Children under 12 free with PAID adult membership.
Juniors are 12-17 years old and Seniors are 60 or more years old.
Active military will pay the Junior/Senior price.
This offer does not extend to dependents.

PLEASE BRING YOUR BAR CODED CONFIRMATION LETTER AND PHOTO ID ONSITE TO RECEIVE
YOUR BADGE. BADGES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT A PRINTED, BAR CODED
CONFIRMATION and PHOTO ID.
CANCELLATION, REFUND
AND EXCHANGE POLICY
By registering for a badge, paid or complimentary, you agree not to sell, trade
or give your comp code, barcode confirmation or badge to anyone else without
written permission from Comic-Con International and further you agree that if
you do so, Comic-Con has the right to cancel your badges and keep any money you
may have paid. Barcodes and badges that have been sold or transferred by a
member will not be honored by Comic-Con.
Complimentary passes may not be sold. These passes have no value and you are not
entitled to a refund of any amount for unused complimentary passes.
All Badges and complimentary passes are the property of San Diego
Comic Convention, Inc. and must be relinquished to Comic-Con on request.
TRANSFER/RESALE POLICY:
Reselling, reusing or transferring a Comic-Con membership is strictly prohibited.
REFUND POLICY:
If you cannot attend Comic-Con 2010 you must apply for a refund by June 21, 2010.
Comic-Con reserves the right to change its cancellation, refund and
exchange policy at any time and without notice. Refunds will be sent within 30
days of the conclusion of Comic-Con 2010.
