Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end
These two high quality prints offer a tantalizing look at the start and finish of BLAM! Ventures upcoming Conspiracy of the Planet of the Apes illustrated novel.

ALPHA depicts Taylor, Landon and Dodge in what can only be described as a cut scene from the original Planet of the Apes film, as Taylor throws their dog tags into the desert night. Art by Joe Jusko.

OMEGA reveals Dr. Milo and his team of engineers as they attempt to resurrect the astronauts' ship, Liberty One, from the bottom of a watery grave. Art by Sanjulian.

Both are a big 13"x19" in size and are available individually for $20, or together as a set for a special price of $30 at the BLAM! booth #2547 during San Diego Comic-Con, July 22 -26 2009. Strictly limited to only 500 sets, when they sell out there will be no more. Both artists will be signing at the booth at various times throughout the convention, so stop by to get these limited collectibles and have them signed as well! BLAM! Ventures will also be giving away special limited edition items, including actual replicas of astronaut Landon's dog tags and special promotional bio trading cards for characters from the Conspiracy of the Planet of the Apes illustrated novel, featuring art by fan favorite Matt Busch!

The Dog tags are military style: two tags on a long and a short metal chain. One tag contains Landon's official ANSA information, and the other one a logo tag for Conspiracy of the Planet of the Apes!

Different trading cards will be given out at each of the conventions that BLAM! is going to this year, with the first 5 being made available exclusively at San Diego! The only way to get a full set is to follow BLAM! on their APES convention tour!

Exclusive Yellow Domo QEE Figure
The special 2" version of the lovable mascot turned iconic viral superstar from Japan's NHK television network is growing in popularity in the United States. Dark Horse has been an early licensee of Domo, under the auspices of licensing agency Big Tent Entertainment, and has already produced sold-out limited editions of Domo as flocked vinyl figures, stationery, journals and sculpted magnet products.The Domo Qee program, to be launched nationwide in August, is Dark Horse's first try at the popular "blind box" or "mystery box" format. Individual figures are packed in small boxes; the only way to know which particular figure is inside a particular box is to purchase and open the box. In the Domo blind box assortment, figures are sold in counter displays of 15, and each display box of 15 figures is further packed into a master carton of four cases.In addition, the boxes each contain one component of a "Build-A-Domo" clear transparent figure. When the correct six components are accumulated, the buyer can put together the complete bonus Domo. There will not be a "Build-A-Domo" component in the Comic-Con Exclusive figure.
