ABOUT CCI-IFF
The Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival (CCI-IFF) celebrates independent film, with the
accent on genre-related entries. Featured genres include action/adventure, animation,
comics-oriented, documentary (related to pop culture topics), horror/suspense, humor,
and science fiction/fantasy. The Festival included a special awards program on Sunday, July 27 at the 2009
Comic-Con International: San Diego.
Now in its tenth year, the CCI-IFF is a juried event. Respected individuals in the fields
of film and popular arts view the submissions and decide which films will be included
in the four-day festival and those deserving of prizes and awards.
Stay tuned for news regarding submissions to the 2010 CCI-IFF.
