Comic-Con International welcomes the San Diego International Children’s Film Festival back to Kids’ Day for its second year. This year’s day-long programming of some of the finest of films for children of all ages also officially launches “Opening Day” for the 5th annual edition of the festival, which runs from July 27 through August 23 in San Diego.
