Important Information Regarding Programs and Autographs at Comic-Con


All event and program rooms have limited capacity as set by the Fire Marshal. Even though your badge is needed to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity. We do not clear rooms between events. Most autograph signings are of a limited nature. Your badge does not guarantee autographs at any event.

2011 Masquerade Results!

Last night the 37th annual Comic-Con Masquerade, sponsored by HBO'S True Blood, filled Ballroom 20 and most of the overflow rooms and Sails Pavilion. It featured 31 entries, with a total of over 60 costumes crossing the stage. Our Masters of Ceremonies were artist/writers Phil and Kaja Foglio of Studio Foglio, and our panel of judges included theme-park show designer and former Broadway performer Diane Duncan, costume and effect pros Wanda Piety and Dragon Dronet of Hollywood's Renegade Effects, and workmanship judge and very experienced convention costumer Jeanne Clason. The winners were:

Best in Show: "Saligia: The Court of Sin," worn, designed, and made by Katrina Andrews, Dustin Javier, Marty Le Grow, Krys Lewis, Moira Malstrom, Carrie Martin, Jennifer Newman, David Patricola

Judges' Choice: "Nuclear Yellow Submarine," worn by Anything Goes School of Masquerade Arts, Wayne, Neny, Lydia, Kim, Lance; designed and made by Anything Goes School of Masquerade Arts
