How do I purchase a WonderCon Anaheim 2013 badge?
WonderCon Anaheim badges are sold out!  Everyone who intends to purchase, apply, or register for a WonderCon Anaheim 2013 badge must have a valid and confirmed Comic-Con Member ID. To sign up for a Comic-Con Member ID today, please CLICK HERE [2].

Where will WonderCon Anaheim 2013 be held?
WonderCon Anaheim will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, 800 West Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92802. 
 
Where do I pick up my badge?
You may pick up your badge at the Attendee Registration Area in Exhibit Hall E (located beneath Exhibit Hall D) during the following hours:
Thursday, March 28: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM (3-Day and Friday badge pick-up only)
Friday, March 29: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, March 30: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, March 31: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
 

Go to HALL E for:

  • Onsite Badge Sales for Attendees (if available; check here for information on onsite badge sales [3])
  • Pre-registered Attendee Badge Pick-up
  • Disabled Attendee Badges (if you need assistance getting your badge, please go to the Disabled Services Desk in Lobby A/B)
  • Professionals
  • Guests
  • Program Participants
  • Hotel Desk (help desk for any hotel reservation problems)
 
Can I buy a badge onsite?
Some badge types may be available onsite at the Attendee Registration Area in Exhibit Hall E during the following hours: 
Friday, March 29: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday, March 30: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday,  March 31: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
 
How do I register my child?
Children age 12 and under are free with a paying adult. Children do not need to register for a Member ID to receive a badge. You may register a child (12 and under) onsite for free at the Attendee Badge Pick-Up Area in Exhibit Hall E. You will be required to provide emergency contact information for any child registrant age 12 and under.
 
If I am unable to attend can I get a refund?
The WonderCon Anaheim 2013 badge refund deadline is March 25, 2013. After this date your WonderCon Anaheim badge purchase is non-refundable. For more information, please review the Cancelation and Refund Policy.  [4]
 
Can I transfer my WonderCon Anaheim badge?
Reselling, sharing, or transferring a WonderCon Anaheim badge or complimentary pass is strictly prohibited. If you cannot attend WonderCon Anaheim 2013 you must submit a refund request by March 25, 2013. WonderCon Anaheim badges are non-transferable. For more information, click here [4].
