Floor plans and locations will be announced at a future date (although they are available and updated for Exhibitors Only in our special Exhibitors-Only log-in area).

Eisner Award Nominees for 2008 Announced

The nominations list has been announced for the 2008 Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards and represents the most diverse slate of titles and creators in the 20-year history of the awards. All in all, this year�s nominations are the most ever: 148 nominations in 29 categories (not including Hall of Fame). The results in all categories will be announced in a gala awards ceremony on the evening of Friday, July 25 at Comic-Con International. The deadline for submissions for this year�s Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival (CCI-IFF) is MARCH 1, 2008. There�s still time to submit your films for consideration for this year�s event, to be held in conjunction with Comic-Con July 24-27 in San Diego. We�re looking for films in these seven categories�Action/Adventure, Animation, Comics-Oriented, Documentary (pop culture-oriented), Horror/Suspense, Humor/Parody, and Science Fiction/Fantasy�in both short and feature format (up to 95 minutes in length). Hurry! Your submission must be post-marked by March 1, 2008 in order to be eligible for consideration by our panel of industry judges.
