A LOOK BACK AT WONDERCON 2007

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

WonderCon Publicity Campaign Begins with Release of Poster Featuring Artwork by WonderCon Guest Tony Harris

Beginning this week, San Francisco and Bay Area comic book stores will start receiving publicity material for WonderCon, Northern Californiašs largest comic book and pop culture event. The first item to herald the coming show is a poster featuring artwork from the popular comic Ex Machina by WonderCon guest Tony Harris.

A WonderCon tradition for many years, Bay Area retailers have been very generous in displaying the poster to help promote the event. Select stores are already selling advance tickets to WonderCon, which will be held March 24, at the Moscone Center South in downtown San Francisco.

Celebrating it's 21st anniversary, WonderCon features an impressive list of guests that include; Sergio Aragones, Nick Cardy, Gene Colan, Mark Evanier, Al Feldstein, the above mentioned Tony Harris, Pia Guerra, Phil Jimenez, Jeph Loeb, Patrick McDonnell, Linda Medley, Michael Turner, Brian K. Vaughan, Greg Weisman and Judd Winick to name a few.

In addition to the stellar guest list, WonderCon features some of the most innovative programming this side of her sister show Comic-Con in San Diego. For the latest and most up to date information on WonderCon, please visit www.comic-con.org.

Advance tickets are available at select Bay Area retailers as well as online at the website above.
