Cancellation/Refund Policy

For the Comic-Con Special Edition COVID-19 policy, CLICK HERE. Please do not register for a badge if you are unable or unwilling to meet the policy requirements.

The Comic-Con Special Edition badge refund deadline is November 8, 2021. After this date your Comic-Con Special Edition badge purchase is non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
 
To submit a refund request form, CLICK HERE. You must include your Comic-Con Member ID, first name, last name, and email. Failure to include this information may delay your refund processing time. 
 
Pending refund requests are at the sole discretion of SDCC. Sending a refund request does not guarantee you a refund. Comic-Con Special Edition badges are not transferable for use at any other SDCC convention. Please note that in some cases refund requests may not be processed until after Comic-Con Special Edition.
 
SDCC reserves the right to change its Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time, without notification. Comic-Con reserves the right to refuse admission, to refuse service, and/or to cancel/revoke your Member ID and/or badge at Comic-Con’s discretion. Comic-Con Special Edition badges are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. 

Please ensure you are free from COVID-19 symptoms prior to traveling. If you test positive for COVID-19 72 hours prior to Comic-Con Special Edition, you may request a refund if you provide proof of a positive COVID-19 test. Please do not bring your proof onsite.
