Look Out for Fellow Fans: Help Everyone Get a Seat!

Does this scenario sound familiar? You’re standing in line for a panel, the line is moving right along, you get to the front of the line and … the room is full.

Next time you find yourself in a full panel room, keep that experience in mind! We depend on you, the attendees, to help us ensure that as many people as possible are able to get into rooms. During the loading periods between panels, if you find yourself sitting in a fast-filling room and you have an open seat next to you, raise your hand when a staff member or volunteer asks if there are any free seats remaining. Someone stuck waiting in line will be very grateful that you did!

And remember that your backpack or purse or even your amazing cosplay prop doesn’t need its own seat! We also ask that you refrain from trying to save seats for friends in crowded rooms. If your friends are too far back in line, they may not be able to use those seats.
