Comic-Con 2019 Badges Are Shipping!
Hey, guys. You ready to let the dogs badges out?
If you purchased or registered for a badge by May 13, 2019, and you verified your badge shipping address ahead of the deadline, your badge is being shipped via UPS Mail Innovations. They work with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to deliver your badge via first class mail to the shipping address in your Comic-Con Member ID account as of that date.
Badges will be delivered in a plain, non-descript envelope for confidentiality. Your package will not include the Comic-Con name or logo on it. You should receive your badge order within 7 - 10 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email. Please be on the lookout for your order, there could be skittles in there!
Tracking information will be available in your Comic-Con Member ID account. After you receive an email confirming that your badge has been shipped, log in to your Member ID account and select the “Contact Info” tab. Your tracking number will be displayed at the top of the tab, above your contact information.
Badges will be shipped to the individual attendee directly. For example, maybe you used to consider yourself a bit of a loner. A one-person wolf pack. But your sister invited Doug to Comic-Con, and you knew he was one of your own. And your wolf pack... it grew by one. So there... there were two of you in the wolf pack... you were alone first in the pack, and then Doug joined in later. And six months ago, when Doug introduced you to Stu and Phil, you thought, "Wait a second, could it be?" And now you know for sure, you just added two more to the wolf pack. So even though Alan bought a badge for Doug, and Stu bought a badge for Phil, each member of the wolf pack will have their badge mailed directly to them. And then there will be four wolves, running around the convention center together in San Diego, looking for sweet merch in the Exhibit Hall.
If your badge is undelivered for any reason – lost on a roof in Las Vegas, forwarding address expired, swallowed by a Tiger (which can be avoided by dusting it with cinnamon) – we will disable the RFID sticker associated with your badge and issue you a new badge when you arrive onsite. First, you’ll need to contact us at undeliveredbadge@comic-con.org – sorry, Comic-Con is not pager friendly. A fee will not be charged for undelivered badges and contacting us ensures you’ll have the fee waived before you arrive. Please be sure to indicate your full name and Comic-Con Member ID in your email. Next, bring your badge confirmation and a valid photo ID onsite to Attendee Badge Solutions in the Sails Pavilion to be exchanged for a replacement badge.
International attendees, Mr. Chow, anyone with an unverified shipping address, and those who registered for a badge after the May 13, 2019 deadline will be able to pick up their badge onsite at the Registration Area in the Sails Pavilion. Please bring a printed copy of your badge confirmation and a valid photo ID with you to receive your badge.
NEW FOR 2019! Can't find your badge confirmation? You can easily resend it to your email by logging into your Comic-Con Member ID account, selecting the “Registration Info” tab, and clicking the yellow “Resend Comic-Con Badge Confirmation” button. If you do not receive your confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your “Opt-Outs” under the “My Account” tab to make sure “Third Party” is not selected.
Looking for your bag, books, lanyard, and tooth? These complimentary items will not be shipped in advance. You will be able to pick up your Comic-Con lanyard, Events Guide, Quick Guide, Souvenir Book, and souvenir bag upstairs in the Sails Pavilion of the San Diego Convention Center when you arrive.
As always, children age 12 and under are free with a paying adult. You may register kids for free onsite at the Registration Area in the Sails Pavilion. For more information about our child badge policy, please CLICK HERE.
