Cutting It Kinda Close, Don't You Think?
We understand that things come up in life. Maybe, while on your way to a wedding, you end up stopping a train from falling off its track. Maybe, after arriving home from work, your super strength kicks in and the car window shatters as you close the door.
No matter the reason, if you are unable to attend Comic-Con 2018 please reach out and request to have your badge refunded! The deadline is a firm May 14, 2018. Please don’t try and convince us to bend the date, words are useless! Gobble, gobble, gobble, gobble! Too much of it darling, too much! After this date your Comic-Con badge purchase is non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
To submit a refund request, please send an email to email@example.com. You must include your Comic-Con Member ID, first name, last name, confirmation number, and the day(s) you want refunded. Failure to include this information may result in your email being passed off to Syndrome and could delay your refund processing time.
Pending refund requests are at the sole discretion of SDCC (Elastigirl and Edna Mode might weigh in too). However, please note that sending a refund request does not guarantee you a refund. Comic-Con 2018 badges are not transferable for use at any other SDCC convention or on Nomanisan Island. Please note that in some cases refund requests may not be processed until after Comic-Con 2018.
For those of you from Metroville who are attending Comic-Con 2018, don’t forget to verify your badge shipping address! Please be sure to log in to your Comic-Con Member ID account, choose the “Contact Info” tab, and select the “Verify Shipping Address” option by May 14, 2018 to have your badge shipped in advance.
