A Handy-Dandy Badge Pick-Up Q&A

Hello my eager students! Thank you for joining me. Refill your coffee, grab a donut, and take notes: your important badge pick-up questions will be answered today.

Q: I missed the badge shipping deadline. Where do I pick up my badge?

A: You can pick up your WonderCon Anaheim 2019 badge when you arrive onsite! Badge pick-up will be available for international attendees, and badges purchased on or after February 14, 2019, at the Registration Area in Hall E of the Anaheim Convention Center: 800 W. Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92802.

Q: What time can I pick up my badge?

A: Badge pick-up is available during the following hours:

*If you purchased three single day badges (Friday - Sunday), your badges will automatically be consolidated into one 3-Day badge. You cannot opt-out of 3-Day badge consolidation.

Q: Do these times apply to everyone?

A: Not necessarily. 3-Day badges can be picked up during any of the times indicated above. In this case, we strongly suggest that you pick up your badge on Thursday if you can! You may pick up single-day badges on the day of your earliest badge, or during “next day badge pick-up” hours. For example, if you have a Sunday badge, you may pick it up on Saturday between 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM or on Sunday during the times listed above.

Q: So, early badge pick-up is available?

A: Early badge pick-up is available, but times are limited! You may stop by on the day before the day of your badge from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM only. For example, if you purchased a Sunday badge, you may pick it up from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Saturday, or on Sunday during the times listed above.

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?

A: You will need your badge confirmation and a valid photo ID to pick up your badge.

Q: I can’t find my confirmation! What do I do?

A: Check the email account associated with your Comic-Con Member ID. Don’t forget to check that sneaky SPAM folder just to be safe! If you still can’t find it, log in to your Comic-Con Member ID account, click the “Registration Info” tab, and select “View My Registration Confirmation” in the WonderCon Anaheim section towards the bottom.

Q: I purchased my badge in time for advance shipping, but it never arrived! Help!

A: Don’t fret! If your badge did not arrive, email us at undeliveredbadge@comic-con.org. Be sure to include your full name and your Comic-Con Member ID. Then, bring your badge confirmation and valid photo ID to the Registration Area in Hall E of the Anaheim Convention Center. Can’t find your confirmation? Q: What about child badges?

A: As always, children (age 12 and under) are free with a paying adult! You may register children for free onsite at the Registration Area in Hall E. For more information about our child badge policy, click here!
