Comic-Con 2025 Open Registration is set for October 26, 2024! Be ready to enter the virtual waiting room before the badge sale begins at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT). The waiting room opens at 8:00 AM PDT, so you have just under an hour to arrive. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Get ready for Open Registration by making sure you have a Comic-Con Member ID account. New to Comic-Con? Create your Comic-Con Member ID in advance, well before the badge sale on October 26.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Existing members should verify that your account details\u2014name, password, email, and payment info\u2014are current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decide which days you want to attend, whether it’s all four days plus Preview Night or just specific individual ones. If you\u2019re selected for a registration session after some days sell out, have a backup plan. Remember, if your payment method isn\u2019t saved in your Member ID account, bring your credit\/debit card to the sale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you plan on purchasing badges for others, you’ll need their Member IDs<\/strong> and last names<\/strong> exactly how they\u2019re displayed in their accounts. If they have a special character in their last name or use a suffix, it must be included or else the system will not recognize the account you are trying to purchase for.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

To participate in Open Registration, please make sure ahead of time that you know your password and can <\/mark><\/strong>log in to your Member ID account<\/span><\/strong><\/mark><\/a>, or <\/mark><\/strong>create your Member ID<\/span><\/strong><\/mark><\/a> today if you don\u2019t have one!<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone you wish to purchase badges for must also meet the same eligibility requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Where<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It will be held in our Member ID Portal<\/strong><\/a> where the Queue-it virtual waiting room<\/mark><\/strong> will be enabled one hour before the sale begins. Around 9:00 AM PDT, everyone in the waiting room will be sorted into a randomized queue. If you\u2019re moved into a registration session, you\u2019ll have 15 minutes to complete your badge purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please verify that you know your account\u2019s password ahead of the sale! If you\u2019re selected for a registration session during Open Registration, you\u2019ll be prompted to log in to purchase badges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If it\u2019s been a few years since you participated in one of our badge sales, you\u2019ll notice it looks a little different! It’s now hosted by Configio, which offers an improved registration experience for our prospective attendees.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Yes! You can purchase badges for up to three people, including yourself. However, everyone you are purchasing for must also have a Member ID account<\/span><\/strong>. You’ll need their Member ID<\/strong> and last name<\/strong> as it appears on their Member ID accounts (including special characters, suffixes, and punctuation, if applicable<\/em>).

Children ages 12 and under are free with a paid adult! We\u2019re proud to offer one of the most generous child badge policies in the industry. Juniors (ages 13-17) must have their own unique Member ID account, separate from their guardian or parent, to participate in Open Registration or have a badge purchased for them during the sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If they were at least 13 years old on July 31, 2024<\/strong><\/mark>, they must<\/span><\/strong> have their own Comic-Con Member ID created in order to have the chance to purchase a badge for Comic-Con 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your child was age 12 or under on July 31, 2024<\/strong><\/mark>, they do not need a purchased badge for Comic-Con 2025. They may attend as a child for free as long as they are accompanied by a paying adult.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Participating in Open Registration does not guarantee you a badge, regardless<\/span> of when you enter the waiting room. Due to high demand, there are more eligible attendees than there are available badges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entry to the waiting room at any time does not guarantee you a badge or registration session. If you do get selected for a session, you can help make the process go more smoothly by reading all Open Registration<\/strong><\/a> information carefully ahead of time and by having your personal information ready on the day of the sale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
