COSTUME PROPs POLICY

All costume props must be inspected daily at one of the Costume Props Desks. The Costume Props Policy is subject to change at any time and final approval on costume props will be at the sole discretion of our Prop Safety Officers.

There are three Costume Props Desks:

1. Outside Lobby E glass doors

2. The lobby of Hall D, near the outside door*

3. Outside Lobby C2 glass doors

BONUS: Prop Safety Officers will also be walking entry lines each morning.
*Extended hours provided for Evening Programming.

After your costume prop(s) have been checked, they will be tagged by security to designate that your costume prop(s) have been checked and approved. This small tag must remain visible on your costume prop(s) while you are at the event. Security will escort you to the Costume Props Desk for inspection if your costume prop(s) is not tagged.

Ang mga props ng simulated o costume ay maaaring payagan bilang isang bahagi ng iyong costume, napapailalim sa paunang pag apruba ng seguridad at pagsunod sa mga sumusunod:

  • All cosplay must abide by Comic-Con’s Code of Conduct. 
  • Bawal ang functional o sharp-edged props o armas sa Komikon. 
  • Ang lahat ng mga props ng costume ay dapat umayon sa batas ng estado at pederal. 
  • Ang mga props ng replica projectile costume ay kailangang gawing hindi kayang gawin at takpan ng mga caps na may maliwanag na kulay. 
  • Ang mga functional (real) arrow ay dapat na alisin ang kanilang mga tip at naka bundle at nakatali sa zipper sa isang quiver. 
  • Ang ilang props ay maaaring kailanganing itali sa iyong costume sa paraang hindi ito maaaring iguhit. Ang ating mga Prop Safety Officers ang gagawa ng mga determinasyong ito. 
  • Ang mga costume na nagtatampok ng stilts ay kailangang aprubahan sa Costume Props Desk. 
  • Ang makatotohanang cosplay ng mga unang responder at / o seguridad ay hindi pinapayagan. 
  • At certain times, due to crowds and safety issues, oversized costumes may be asked to leave the Exhibit Hall and/or Program rooms.
  • Props that are not approved by our Prop Safety Officers may not be stored in Coat Check. Unapproved props must be returned to your vehicle, hotel room, or another off-site location.

Kung ayaw mong ipa-inspeksyon o i-tag ang iyong (mga) costume prop, o kung ayaw mong sumunod sa mga patakaran na ito, huwag mong dalhin ang iyong (mga) costume prop sa Komikon.

Ang Costume Props Policy ay maaaring magbago anumang oras.

Mangyaring siguraduhin na patuloy na suriin ang website na ito na mas malapit sa kaganapan upang matiyak na ang iyong (mga) costume props ay sumusunod sa kasalukuyang Patakaran sa Costume Props.
