SAM: Storytelling Across Media: Sat., Oct. 26 at the Comic-Con Museum
On Saturday, October 26, Comic-Con presents SAM: Storytelling Across Media at the Comic-Con Museum in Balboa Park, San Diego.
Things to do at this free one-day symposium include panels from comics greats Jim Lee and Kevin Eastman, kid-friendly activities, and networking events for anyone interested in a career in storytelling.

This is a FREE event, but seating in panels and certain networking events is limited. Advance online registration is encouraged.
In addition to panels that explore how to tell stories in comics, film, television, costuming, wrestling, and other media, SAM 2019 offers partnership opportunities for creatives through two programs: Comic Creator Connection and Gaming Creator Connection. Events That Are First-Come, First-Served
SAM 2019 will also host portfolio reviews from San Diego’s own IDW Publishing, as well as tabletop gaming demos and a gaming miniature paint-and-take area. A SAM badge is all that’s required to participate in these free events. Visit the Attending the Show page for more info.
Mingle with attendees, panelists, and guests from 6:00–9:00 PM on the Main Level of the Comic-Con Museum. Simply present your SAM badge for admission. Light, complimentary refreshments will be served.
