More WonderCon Guests Announced

WonderCon 2026 is delighted to welcome Willie Ito, Scott Snyder, and Joshua Williamson as Special Guests, joining the 15 guests previously announced.

Willie Ito began his 50-year career in animation working on Disney’s iconic spaghetti-kissing scene in 1953’s Lady & The Tramp. He continued to work at Warner Bros., Hanna-Barbera, Bob Clampett Productions, and other studios before returning to Disney in the early 1970s. After retiring from Disney in 1999, he went on to illustrate children’s books, including Hello Maggie!, A Boy from Heart Mountain, and Lucy: Mascot of the 442nd RCT Medics. In 2025, he co-produced and released his first animated short film, “Hello Maggie!” He is a recipient of the prestigious Winsor McCay Award from the Annies, Comic-Con’s Inkpot Award, and a Legend Award from the Nemo Academy in Florence, Italy.

Over his 15-year career, Scott Snyder has written such blockbuster bestselling comics as Batman (with Greg Capullo) and Absolute Batman (with Nick Dragotta), as well as critically acclaimed creator-owned titles American Vampire (with Rafael Albuquerque) and Wytches (with Jock; Amazon Studios animated adaptation in production). He is the recipient of two Eisner Awards, a Harvey Award, an Eagle Award, three Stan Lee Awards, and an Inkpot Award. Scott lives on Long Island with his wife and three sons. He’s an avid, non-ironic fan of Elvis Presley.


Joshua Williamson is a New York Times bestselling writer who has worked for nearly every comics publisher. One of the pillars of the modern DC Universe, with an iconic run on The Flash, he has written such titles as Robin, Green Arrow, and Batman/Superman. With his role as one of the architects of Dawn of DC, All-in, and DC K.O., Joshua cemented his reputation with fans as one of the best voices at DC. Currently he writes Superman, G.I. Joe, and Iron Man, with a new Legion of Superheroes title starting this year.
