Mark your calendars! The deadline to have your badge shipped directly to you is fast approaching. To ensure your eligibility for advance shipping, make sure to buy your badge before it’s too late! We recommend updating your “Primary Shipping Address” sooner rather than later. The key date to remember is February 20, 2024. If you purchase your badge after this date, you’ll need to pick it up at the event.

バッジは、2月20日の締切時点でメンバーIDアカウントに「第一発送先住所」を保存しているすべての出席者、プロフェッショナル、プレス関係者に直接送付されます。
プロフェッショナルゲストのバッジは、出席者個人には送付されませんのでご注意ください。プロフェッショナルゲストの場合、バッジは関連するプロフェッショナルに送られます。

配送先住所の更新：
クイックガイド
- Log in to your Member ID account.
- アカウントダッシュボードの「マイアドレス」に移動します。
- ご希望の住所の黄色い「編集」ボタンをクリックしてください。
- 編集モードで、"Primary Shipping Address "ボックスをチェックします。
- 黄色の「保存」ボタンをクリックして変更を保存します。
- Look for the gray “Shipping” bubble next to your address – your update is complete!

海外からの出席者：重要なお知らせ
海外からの参加者の皆様には大変申し訳ありませんが、バッジは米国外および海外のAPO/FPO/DPO住所への発送はできません。国際バッジをお持ちの方は、3月28日（木）より会場での受け取りが可能です。ただし、米国の住所への配送をご希望の場合は、"My Addresses "セクションの "+Add Address "をクリックし、"Primary Shipping Address "として設定し、"Save "をクリックしてください。
バッジの払い戻し：重要な注意事項
ワンダーコン2024バッジの払い戻し期限も2024年2月20日です。バッジの払い戻しについては、以下の点にご注意ください：
- Self-refunds: If you want to refund your entire badge order, you can do so via your Member ID account.
- Refund request form: If you want to refund a portion of your badge order, please submit a request to let us know which day(s) you’d like refunded.
- Special consideration for Early Bird 3-Day badge holders: There are No partial refunds for Early Bird purchases. If you no longer wish to attend all three days, refund your entire 3-Day badge purchase (less the 10% processing fee), then explore single-day options at our standard rate while inventory lasts.
