Badge Shipping Deadline

Don’t miss out! The deadline to qualify for advance shipping is quickly approaching. Order your badge by February 13, 2025, and it can be shipped straight to your door. After this date, badges will need to be picked up on-site. Be sure to purchase your badge early so that when the first day of WonderCon arrives, all you have to do is walk in and start your adventure!


Badge Shipping Details

Badges will be shipped directly to all attendees, professionals, and press members who have a domestic ‘Primary Shipping Address’ saved in their Comic-Con Member ID account by the February 13 deadline.

PLEASE NOTE : If you’re a professional guest, your badge will be sent with the registered professional’s badge to the professional. Guests should coordinate with the professional who registered them as a guest to arrange the receipt of their badge; guest badges cannot be held at the Professionals Desk.


Updating Your Shipping Address: How To

To update your badge shipping address, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Member ID account.
  2. Navigate to “My Addresses” on your Account Dashboard.
  3. Click the yellow “Edit” button for the desired address.
  4. In edit mode, check the “Primary Shipping Address” box.
  5. Save your changes by clicking the yellow “Save” button.
  6. Look for the gray “Shipping” bubble next to your address – your update is complete!

International Attendees

We are unable to ship badges outside the United States or to international APO/FPO/DPO addresses. International badge holders can pick up their badge on-site starting Thursday, March 27. However, if you prefer delivery to a US address, click “+Add Address” in the “My Addresses” section, set it as your “Primary Shipping Address,” and click “Save.”


Refunding Your Badge

The refund deadline for WonderCon 2025 badges is also February 13, 2025. For badge refunds, take note of the following:

Self-refunds: If you want to refund your entire badge order, you can do so via your Member ID account.

Refund request form: If you want to refund a portion of your badge order, please submit a request to let us know which day(s) you’d like refunded.

For Early Bird 3-Day badge holders: There are No partial refunds for Early Bird purchases. If you no longer wish to attend all three days, refund your entire 3-Day badge purchase (less the 10% processing fee), then explore single-day options at our standard rate while inventory lasts.
