🎟️ I Need to Pick Up My Badge

If you didn’t receive your badge in the mail and need to pick it up on-site, here’s how to get started:

  1. Go to the C2 Glass Doors
This is the official entrance for attendees picking up their badges. From there, you’ll be directed to the appropriate line.

Early Morning Lines: The line to get into the C2 doors will start right outside the corner of Lobby A. See picture for reference.
  2. Bring Your Badge Confirmation
You’ll need your confirmation that contains a barcode to pick up your badge. We recommend bringing a printed copy for quick access, but displaying it on your phone is also acceptable, just be sure to bookmark the email in advance.
  3. Bring a Valid Photo ID
Each attendee, including juniors, must have a valid form of photo ID and be present to receive their badge. We accept various forms of photo identification, including government-issued IDs and school IDs, as long as the ID includes both your name and a clear photo. If you do not have a valid photo ID, you will be directed to Badge Solutions for further assistance.

More details below! Once you’ve picked up your badge, you can proceed inside the convention center and start your Comic-Con adventure!

I Already Have My Badge

If you received your badge in the mail prior to Comic-Con, here’s what to do when you first arrive:

  1. Morning Line-Up and Entry
Once you’ve arrived on-site, please head to the Plaza Park area (near Hall H line). This is the designated waiting area for those who already have their badge. After the line is brought into the building, you’ll be directed to enter through the Lobby G or E glass doors. (Follow instructions from line management.)
  2. Pick Up Your Bag, Book, and Lanyard (BBL)
Take the escalators upstairs to the Ballroom 20 lobby and head to the Sails Pavilion to pick up your commemorative pin, show bag, Events Guide, and lanyard. You can grab your BBL during regular show hours on any day your badge is valid.* The timing is entirely up to you! Whether you’d like to start your Comic-Con adventure with it or swing by later in the day (or even on the last day), the choice is yours.
  3. Enjoy Comic-Con!
Explore the Exhibit Hall, head to the programming rooms, grab some food, or even check out the Mezzanine. Your options are endless!

*On Tuesday, all badged members are welcome to pick up their Bag, Book, and Lanyard early! This exception is for Tuesday only.

ADA Services

If you require ADA services or an ADA sticker for your badge, here’s what to do:

Tuesday Badge Pick-Up

ADA stickers and accommodations are available at Lobby A.

Early Mornings Before Lobby Opens

On the sidewalk outside Lobby A, the line to the left of the A doors is for Deaf and Disabled Services. ADA stickers will be distributed here prior to doors opening.

After Lobby Opens

All ADA services, including stickers, scooters, and additional assistance, are available inside Lobby A starting at noon on Wednesday, and 8:30 AM Thursday through Sunday.

Child Badges

Children (ages 12 and under) are free with a registered adult.

Children must be present to be registered for a badge and you will be required to provide emergency contact information for any child registrant. Children are not registered in advance and they do not need to create a Comic-Con Member ID to receive a badge.

You may register up to two (2) children per paid adult attendee for a complimentary badge at your designated badge pick-up area, the Badge Solutions desk, or any of the Lobby RFID Help desks, during the times listed above.

PRE-SHOW PICK-UP

From early pick-up to next-day pick-up, keep reading for all the details!
