Program Add-ons

Below, you can choose options for our educational programs. These programs will be built into your group itinerary for your visit. Due to space and materials, field trip groups with over 40 learners will be broken out into smaller groups to attend educational programs. See program descriptions below:

Comics 101/Visual Arts: In this track of educational programming, learners will use comics to meet state standards in literacy and visual and performing arts (especially media arts and visual arts). This program meets the badge requirements for Girl Scouts.

Makerspace: In this track of educational programming, learners will undertake short-term, project-based STEAM learning inspired by fan art.

Custom Program: In this track of educational programming, educators work directly with Comic-Con Education staff to plan an experience that directly meets the standards learners are currently working on in class. This option requires a pre-meeting with classroom teachers so we can design the custom experience.
