Exposants
Les badges d'exposant sont réservés aux participants confirmés d'un stand ou d'une table au Comic-Con de l'année en cours. Ils permettent l'accès aux exposants pendant le montage, le démontage, la maintenance de l'exposition et les heures d'ouverture au public de la convention.
Espace d'exposition au Comic-Con
L'espace d'exposition au Comic-Con est divisé en quatre catégories.
Kiosques
Exhibit space consists of a 10’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth with standard carpet and electricity. The space comes with one 8’ draped table and two chairs. Booths are the “building blocks” of the floor plan. They can be combined into larger exhibit spaces. Corner and Island Premiums can be added pending availability.
- Island Premium Booths
An Island premium booth requires a four booth minimum purchase. Furnishings, carpet, and electricity are not included. All Islands must submit a floor plan to San Diego Comic Convention (SDCC) for approval.
Tables des négociants
L'espace se compose d'une table drapée de 8 pieds, de deux chaises et d'un drap de 8 pieds de haut derrière, sans tapis ni électricité. Le bord long de la table doit rester parallèle et adjacent à l'allée. Cette règle s'applique également aux tables des clubs de supporters.
La quasi-totalité des stands et des tables de marchands sont vendus chaque année avant la convention de l'année suivante. Veuillez contacter le service des expositions pour connaître la procédure de demande et les disponibilités.
Tables de la petite presse
The space consists of one 6’ draped table with two chairs and 3’ high drape behind with no carpet or power. The long edge of the table must remain parallel and adjacent to the aisleway. The Small Press area is limited to independent artists and/or independent publishers only. Small Press tables are decided by a juried selection committee that takes place in the fall each year. You must submit a sample of your work to qualify for the Small Press juried selection process. Detailed instructions will be sent via email in the fall.

The space consists of half an 8’ draped table with one chair and 3’ high drape behind with no carpet or power. The long edge of the table must remain parallel and adjacent to the aisleway. Space in Artists’ Alley is limited to creative talent only. Artists’ Alley tables are decided by a juried selection committee that takes place in the fall each year.

Les demandes d'inscription pour la Petite Presse et l'Allée des Artistes sont sélectionnées par un jury. Le nombre de places étant limité, tous les candidats ne seront pas acceptés. Les candidats seront informés de leur acceptation.

Comic-Con 2026 Exhibitor Badge Registration is now open!
Pour accéder à l'enregistrement des badges d'exposant, les exposants confirmés peuvent visiter leur profil d'exposant GoExpo.
Exigences
Les exposants doivent soumettre le formulaire CDTFA 410-D "Seller's Permit" et le paiement complet afin de voir leur attribution de badges d'exposant.
Une fois le paiement reçu et le formulaire CDTFA 410-D approuvé (veuillez prévoir un délai de 24 à 72 heures pour la vérification du formulaire), l'attribution du badge de l'exposant sera affichée au bas de la page d'accueil de l'inscription de l'exposant.
Jardins familiaux
Si votre paiement a été reçu et que vos formulaires ont été approuvés, cliquez sur le lien "Inscription au badge d'exposant" dans votre profil d'exposant GoExpo pour accéder à votre page d'inscription "My Allotment".
Badges gratuits
The complimentary badge allotment is the amount of badges that are included in your exhibit space price. You are able to split up your complimentary badge allotment into daily badges, if needed. Artists’ Alley’s complimentary badge is for the artist to register themselves.

Badges achetables
Le nombre de badges achetés correspond aux badges qui dépassent le nombre de badges gratuits. Le nombre total de badges achetés autorisé est le même que celui des badges gratuits. Les attributions de badges achetables par les exposants comprennent les options suivantes :
- Exhibitor Purchasable Badge ($725) – This badge is for anyone that needs access to their exhibit space before and after public Exhibit Hall hours for set-up/tear down.
- Exhibitor Attendee Purchasable Badge ($383) – This badge is for anyone that only needs access to the Exhibit Hall during public hours.
Exhibitor Badge Registration will close once the show ends on July 26, 2026.

Expédition anticipée
Badges registered by May 7, 2026, are eligible for advance shipping and will be mailed to the internal contact address on file in your GoExpo Exhibitor Profile. We are unable to ship to an international address.
Enlèvement accéléré
Badges registered within your allotment after May 7 and by June 16 will be prepared in advance for a quicker pick-up on-site.
Retrait des badges
Badges not delivered for any reason and badges registered after May 7, 2026, must be picked up at Exhibitor Registration in Lobby D of the San Diego Convention Center.
If exhibitors plan to pick up their badges or will be registering on-site, the Exhibitor Key Contact will be the only person able to do so at Exhibitor Registration in Lobby D of the San Diego Convention Center. Please bring a valid photo ID and the badge confirmation email that will be sent the week of Comic-Con. If an exhibitor needs to update their Key Contact to an On-site Key Contact for badge pick-up, please email Allison Smith at exhibitsade@comic-con.org
