Exhibitors
Exhibitor badges are only available to confirmed booth or table participants at the current year’s Comic-Con. They allow access during Exhibitor set-up, tear-down, exhibit maintenance, and public hours of the convention.
Exhibit space at Comic-Con is divided into four categories:
Booths:
Exhibit space consists of a 10’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth with standard carpet and electricity. The space comes with one 8’ draped table and two chairs. Booths are the “building blocks” of the floor plan. They can be combined into larger exhibit spaces. Corner and Island Premiums can be added pending availability. Island booths do not come with any fixtures or furnishings.
Dealers’ Tables:
The space consists of one 8’ draped table with two chairs and 8’ high drape behind with no carpet or power. The long edge of the table must remain parallel and adjacent to the aisleway. This also applies to Fan Club Tables.
Almost all Booths and Dealers’ Tables are sold out each year in advance of the next year’s convention. Please contact the Exhibits department for the application process and availability.
Small Press Tables:
The space consists of one 6’ draped table with two chairs and 3’ high drape behind with no carpet or power. The long edge of the table must remain parallel and adjacent to the aisleway. The Small Press area is limited to independent artists and/or independent publishers only.
Artists’ Alley Tables:
The space consists of half an 8’ draped table with one chair and 3’ high drape behind with no carpet or power. The long edge of the table must remain parallel and adjacent to the aisleway. Space in Artists’ Alley is limited to creative talent only.
Exhibitor Application Information:
Small Press and Artists’ Alley applications are by juried selection. Space is limited and not all applicants will be accepted. Applicants will be notified upon acceptance.
