Portfolio reviewers are participating solely to provide constructive professional feedback on submitted work.
They do not retain, copy, or claim ownership of any materials presented, and participation in the Portfolio Review does not transfer or affect the creator’s intellectual property rights.

投资组合评审区时间表和公司信息表将在每天上午 9:00 前公布。这些信息将包括当天的参与公司以及参加每次评审所需的资格要求。申请人应在申请审核时段之前对信息进行评估。 

为了使参与组合评审的程序更加公平，如果每个公司没有预先确定并在其要求中说明，则现场程序如下：

  1. Each morning applicants may sign up to be on the list for a review for any of the companies participating that day. Applicants may fill out a Portfolio Review Sign-up Ticket for the company they wish to be reviewed by up to 30 minutes prior to that company’s first review time. 

    Applicants may fill out a Portfolio Review Sign-up Ticket by:

    * going to the Portfolio Review area and using the computer provided to fill out a Sign-up Ticket (the computer will be available at 9:00 AM or earlier); or

    * going to the Portfolio Review area in the Sails Pavilion, filling out a paper Sign-up Ticket, and handing it to a staff member.
  2. 每场评审开始前 30 分钟，将为每家公司随机打印一份参赛者名单。重复参赛者将被排除在外。该名单将在评审时间开始前约 15 分钟在该公司的展位上公布。申请者有责任在名单上找到自己的位置，并在点名时到达作品集评审区。
  3. CCI作品集评审志愿者将被分配到公司展位，并根据评审员的需要叫出名单上每位与会者的名字。志愿者旁边会有一把椅子，供下一位与会者等候。每位下一位与会者的姓名最多会被叫到三次。如果参赛者在第三次呼叫后仍未应答，则会被标记为 "未到场"，并呼叫名单上的下一位参赛者。
  4. 如果申请人数多于公司日程表上的可用名额，则剩余名单将按选中顺序列入候补名单。不保证公司一定能完成其名单或候补名单。如果某公司未完成其名单，则由各公司自行决定第二天是否继续该名单或在该时段进行新的名单抽签。
