账户常见问题
我忘记了会员 ID 和/或密码，怎么办？
请访问会员 ID 门户网站，点击 "忘记会员 ID "链接。输入与您的会员 ID 帐户相关联的电子邮件，您将收到一封包含所需信息的电子邮件。
如果您已无法使用最初注册时使用的电子邮件帐户，您需要直接联系 Comic-Con以更新您的电子邮件地址。 请不要尝试创建第二个会员 ID 帐户。
我有了新的电子邮件地址和/或电话号码。如何更改我的账户？
登录您的会员 ID 帐户，进入帐户控制面板。
点击 "我的账户信息 "更新电子邮件地址或电话号码。
单击 "我的地址 "更新地址。如果您的主要地址是您希望邮寄徽章的地址，请单击 "编辑"，勾选 "主要寄送地址"旁边的方框，然后单击 "保存"。
如果您的主要地址是正确的，但您希望将徽章邮寄到其他地方，请单击 "+Add Address（添加地址）"。输入您的邮寄地址信息，勾选 "主要邮寄地址"旁边的方框，然后点击 "保存"。

我与伴侣或家人共用一个电子邮件地址。为什么我们每个人都需要一个唯一的电子邮件地址？

会员 ID 数量是否有限？

If you are not receiving emails from Comic-Con, it is possible that you have not opted in to email communication. To receive email notifications, log in to your Member ID account and click “My Account Information.” If you want to receive important registration information, select “Yes” from the dropdown for “Do you want to receive marketing emails?”

Does WonderCon 2026 registration qualify me for a Comic-Con 2026 badge?
No, this registration period is for WonderCon 2026 only. To register for Comic-Con 2026, please visit Comic-Con’s Registration Information page.

All NOT DUE professionals are guaranteed a badge for WonderCon 2026, but they are not automatically added to accounts. You must register for your badge online during the professional registration period.
我可以带客人来参加 WonderCon 吗？
Each verified professional may request a complimentary WonderCon 2026 badge for up to two guests until capacity is reached. Once registration opens, follow the instructions that will be outlined in the REGISTER AS A PROFESSIONAL section.

Children (age 12 and under) are free with a professional badge and do not count toward your guest limit. Child badges must be registered on-site at the Registration area in the Anaheim Convention Center. The child must be present to receive a badge. Please see your badge confirmation for additional information.

Please be sure that the order you are looking at says “WonderCon 2026 Professional Registration.” If none of your badge orders say “WonderCon 2026 Professional Registration” you have not yet registered for a WonderCon 2026 professional badge. Please view our REGISTER AS A PROFESSIONAL section for instructions.
我的徽章会寄给我吗？
Badges registered by February 12, 2026, will be shipped to the registering professional. We cannot ship to international addresses. The registering professional must have a valid, domestic address saved as their “Primary Shipping Address” on their Member ID account by the February 12, 2026 deadline to have their badge shipped. Badges not shipped for any reason can be picked up on-site.
如何领取胸卡？

I applied before the September 19, 2025 deadline to be considered for WonderCon 2026, but my application has not been reviewed yet. WIll I still be able to register as a professional if I’m approved?
Yes! If you submitted your application before the deadline, it will be reviewed in consideration for our 2026 shows. If approved, you will have the opportunity to register your approved allotment of badges and guest badges until registration closes.
