Welcome! You are just steps away from redeeming your retailer code for a Comic-Con 2024 badge.
About Your Retailer Code
Please read the “What You Need To Know” section before redeeming your retailer code.
What You Need To Know:
- The 4-character prefix of your code determines which portal to use.
- All codes are 20 characters in length and are case sensitive.
- You must complete the entire registration process below to receive a badge, so be sure to follow all the steps listed in the instructions below.
- If you are redeeming more than one retailer code, you will need to repeat the registration process for each one.
- A Comic-Con Member ID is required to redeem a retailer code. If you do not currently have a Member ID, click here to register!
- There is NO on-site registration. Please complete your registration online before arriving on-site.

Comic-Con 2024 Exclusives
If you would like to be eligible to participate in the Comic-Con 2024 Exclusives Portal, you must include your Comic-Con Member ID when you redeem your retailer code. If you do not currently have a Member ID, click here to register before you redeem!
Comic-Con 2025 Returning Registration
Retailer codes do not qualify you for Comic-Con 2025 Returning Registration.
How To Redeem Your Retailer Code
Follow these steps to redeem your retailer code for a Comic-Con badge!
1. Select Your Portal
Please look at the first four characters of your retailer code to identify your prefix, then click the appropriate registration link below:

2. Enter Your Code
Make sure you are ready to complete your entire registration process. Once you click “Redeem” on this step, you will not be able to restart the process later unless you click “remove”.
Follow the instructions according to your code type:
For 1-Day codes:
- Enter your retailer complimentary code
- click “Redeem”
- Choose from the available badge options
For 4-Day codes:
- Choose from the available badge options
- Enter your retailer purchase code when prompted
- Click “Redeem”
Be sure to complete the ENTIRE registration process for each badge. If you redeem your code and exit before completing the registration process, your code is then marked as redeemed, it cannot be used again, and you will be left without a badge!
We have limited availability before and during the show to provide assistance, so please be sure to complete your registration process.
3. Log In
Click the yellow “Log in with Member ID” button to log in. Click here to create a Member ID if you don’t have one!
4. Add Badges to your cart
Verify your registrant information is correct, and click “Add to Cart”. Then, from the pop-up window, click “Checkout”. Do not click “Register Another Member”. Please complete the entire registration process for one code before attempting to register another.
5. Process Your ORder
Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions, then click “Save & Continue”. Click “Process Order” on the next page to complete your registration.
Check your inbox for your badge confirmation email sent from donotreply@comic-con.org. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please read “I purchased a badge and I cannot find my badge confirmation! Help!” from our Badge Purchase FAQ.
Badge Pick-Up
If you’ve followed all of the steps above, you are ready to attend Comic-Con!
Please bring your badge confirmation email and valid photo ID to the Attendee Badge Pick-Up area located upstairs in the Sails Pavilion of the San Diego Convention Center to pick up your badge! Review our Badge Pick-Up page for more information.
There is NO on-site registration. Please complete your registration online before arriving on-site.
NOT FOR RESALE! By registering for a paid or complimentary Comic-Con badge you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your complimentary code, purchase code, barcode confirmation, or badge. In the event that San Diego Comic Convention/Comic-Con International (SDCC) determines that you have violated this policy, SDCC has the right to cancel your badge(s) and keep any money paid by you.
