Welcome! You are just steps away from redeeming your complimentary pass code for a WonderCon 2024 badge.

About Your Complimentary Pass

Please read the “What You Need To Know” section before redeeming your complimentary pass.

What You Need To Know:

  • The four-character prefix of your code determines which portal to use.
  • All codes are 20 characters in length and are case sensitive.
  • You must complete the entire registration process below to receive a badge, so be sure to follow all the steps listed in the instructions below.
  • If you are redeeming more than one complimentary pass, you will need to repeat the registration process for each one. Registering with your Comic-Con Member ID helps us tie these together.
  • There is NO on-site registration. Please complete your registration online before arriving on-site.

How To Redeem Your pass

Follow these steps to redeem your complimentary pass code for a WonderCon badge!

1. Select Your Portal

Please look at the first four characters of your complimentary pass code to identify your prefix, then click the appropriate registration link below:

2. Enter Your Code

Make sure you are ready to complete your entire registration process. Once you click “Redeem” on this step, you will not be able to restart the process later unless you click “remove.”

Follow the instructions according to your code type: 

For 1-Day codes:

  1. Enter your complimentary pass code
  2. Click “Redeem”
  3. Choose from the available badge options

For 3-Day codes:

  1. Choose from the available badge options
  2. Enter your complimentary pass code when prompted
  3. Click “Redeem”

Be sure to complete the ENTIRE registration process for each complimentary badge. If you redeem your code and exit before completing the registration process, your code is then marked as redeemed, it cannot be used again, and you will be left without a badge!

We have limited availability before and during the show to provide assistance, so please be sure to complete your registration process.

3. Log In

Choose between “Log in with Member ID” or “Guest Checkout.” We strongly encourage you to log in with your Member ID* to redeem your complimentary pass! Click here to create a Member ID.

*Codes that begin with the prefix “LGND” require a Member ID account to redeem.

4. Add Badges to your cart

Verify your registrant information is correct, and click “Add to Cart.” Then, from the pop-up window, click “Checkout.” Do not click “Register Another Member” from the pop-up window, as it will not work. If you clicked it anyway because your curiosity got the best of you, and now you’ve found yourself on the home page, we forgive you. Click the browser’s back button once to get back on track.

5. Process Your ORder

Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Enter or verify your contact information and click “Process Order.”

Check your inbox for your badge confirmation email sent from donotreply@comic-con.org. If you do not receive your confirmation within 24 hours, please read “I purchased a badge and I cannot find my badge confirmation! Help!” from our Badge Purchase FAQ.

Badge Pick-Up

If you’ve followed all of the steps above, you are ready to attend WonderCon!

Please bring your badge confirmation email and valid photo ID to the Attendee Badge Pick-Up area located in Hall D of the Anaheim Convention Center to pick up your badge! Review our Badge Pick-Up page for more information.

There is NO on-site registration. Please complete your registration online before arriving on-site.

NOT FOR RESALE! By registering for a paid or complimentary WonderCon badge you agree not to sell, trade, transfer, or share your complimentary code, purchase code, barcode confirmation, or badge. In the event that San Diego Comic Convention/Comic-Con International (SDCC) determines that you have violated this policy, SDCC has the right to cancel your badge(s) and keep any money paid by you.
