Barcelona OntheGo is a Spanish-Latin cuisine food truck with a wide range of menu items. Spanish cuisine with Latin influences such as Paella bowl or burrito, prime steak over fries with chimichurri, grilled chicken sandwich, shrimp tacos, chicken ceasar salad, steakhouse quesadilla, bacon wrapped dates, vegan items and more.

CRUISIN FUSION – 3/29-3/31

Cruisin Fusion is family owned and operated and provides delectable Vietnamese inspired cuisine. From Banh mi’s, chicken wings, garlic noodle bowls, rice bowls, salads and fun finger foods. Their delicious food will not disappoint.

TACO MIENDO – 3/29-3/31

Taco Miendo is a family owned business providing mouth-watering Mexican cuisine. Known for their amazing shrimp burrito, taco plates, loaded fries, rice bowls and more. They also have an excellent list of vegan options.

KALA TRUCK – 3/29-3/31

Kala is a family inspiration with authentic modern Mexican/Spanish food with recipes passed through generations. Known for their high-quality and artful dishes, top-quality ingredients with delectable flavors. Cali burrito, baja fish tacos, surf n turf, Cubano, protein bowls, quesadilla, vegan items and more.

THE COCONUT TRUCK – 3/29-3/31

Award-winning food truck specializing in Asian Fusion cuisine with a modern twist. Coconut Truck is known for their surf n turf bowl, hibachi steak, poke bowl, garlic noodle and rice dishes, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken bowls, coconut shrimp and lemongrass tofu vegan and gluten-free dishes.

Buen Appetit is known for their fried chicken sandwich, specialty veggie medly bowls, BBQ pulled pork, steak quesadilla, bbq chicken salad, lobster crab panini and much more.

Greek Mediterranean Cuisine known for their healthy and balanced food made with a variety of aromatic herbs and spices in combination with virgin olive oil, top quality meats and locally grown vegetables. Signature gyros, basmati rice bowls, garlic feta fries, vegetarian and vegan plates.

HOBO CO PIZZA – 3/29-3/31

Award-winning mobile artisan gourmet pizzeria making some of the most delicious and unique California style pizzas including favorites such as meat lovers, margherita, Hobo Hawaiian pizza, Italian pizza, BBQ chicken and more. Pizzas are all handmade with house made pizza dough.

OC Tacos & More is a chef owned and operated gourmet food truck known for their amazing culinary diversity that goes far beyond their incredible tacos and Mexican food. OC Tacos & More caters also specializes in Lobster Rolls, lobster fries, Mediterranean Cuisine, French, Italian and much more.

DRAGON DOGS – 3/29-3/31

Dragon Dogs is an iconic hot dog truck that has been on the streets of OC for close to a decade servings New York famous Sabrett hot dogs. They have a hot dog for everyone from classic hot dogs to bacon dogs, pastrami dogs, chili dogs, teriyaki dogs as well as healthier ramen salad and lettuce wraps.

Hangry Belly is chef-owned and operated truck with a diverse and decorated culinary background covering a wide range of items. Featuring chef specials, signature burgers, sandwiches, salads, waffle fries, vegan/veggie options, various Asian cuisine, desserts and more.

FRESH HARVEST – 3/30

Fresh Harvest food truck is a new gourmet food truck hitting the streets of Orange County in the summer of 2023. Fresh Harvest has years of experience in the food industry bringing their delicious Lebanese dishes and cuisines to the streets with a delectable pupusas, kebabs and fresh plates.

&FISH – 3/29-3/31

&Fish is a brand new seafood food truck recently built for the streets of Orange County providing fresh seafood with signature fish dishes and cuisines that will be very unique to the local food truck scene. The truck will be owned and operated by food truck veterans with a strong culinary and food truck operational background.

TACOS EL GRINGO – 3/29 & 3/31

Tacos El Gringo is known for their culinary diversity and it goes well beyond tacos! While they have excellent tacos, burritos, mulitas, quesadillas on their regular menu, their culinary experience in catering expands into a wide range of cuisines and dishes. Additionally, Tacos El Gringo has delicious vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options available.

ZERO POINT FIVE – 3/29

Zero Point Five is an Asian-Fusion food truck established to bring authentic ethnic cuisine to Southern California. They are known for their cool food truck look as well as their innovative made from scratch cooking and unique wok style. Favorites are their bento boxes, handmade sauces, regional spices and signature Croffle (croissant + waffle) dessert.

CALI DELIGHTS – 3/29 & 3/31

Cali Delights is a hand-crafted funnel cake, churro and ice cream truck with creative dessert combinations and drinks. The ice cream is handmade and super premium quality. Cali Delights also has fried oreos and specialty drinks such as Thai Tea, Horchata Float, Ice Coffee and Boba drinks.

BITTIEBITEZ – 3/29-3/31

BittieBitez is one of Southern California’s most popular gourmet dessert trucks serving delectable handcrafted mini donuts made fresh on the food truck and handcrafted shakes. Mini donuts can be topped with ice cream and other super fun toppings.

TIKIZ SHAVED ICE & ICE CREAM TRUCK – 3/30

Tikiz Shaved Ice & Ice Cream Truck is a Hawaiian shave ice theme truck with shave ice, Hawaiian coffees, coffee floats and handmade ice cream desserts. Their shave ice flavors are super fun and colorful with options to add ice cream to every order.
