The main Registration Area is located in Hall D of the Anaheim Convention Center. Please bring a valid photo ID and your badge confirmation to pick up your badge.

Navigating Hall D

Click the appropriate dropdown for more information on what to expect when you arrive.

Above each Hall D door there will be a colored banner letting you know which way to go! If at any time you can’t find where to go, look down for the colored lines on the ground—they will lead you to where you need to be.

Please have your valid photo ID and badge confirmation ready.

Attendee Badge Pick-Up

Need to pick up your attendee badge? Look for the RED banner that says “Attendee Badge Pick-Up” above one of the Hall D doors. Follow the RED line on the ground in Hall D to find your way.

Each attendee must have a valid form of photo ID and must be present to receive their badge. We do not allow bulk pick-up or picking up for others.

Industry Badge Pick-Up

Need to pick up your professional*, program participant, or press badge? Look for the BLUE banner that says “Industry Badge Pick-Up” above one of the Hall D doors. Follow the BLUE line on the ground in Hall D to find your appropriate industry desk.

*Please Note: Registered professionals must pick up any associated professional guest badges. Professional guests will not be allowed to pick up their own badge, and there will be no on-site “will call” for professional guests.

Daily Volunteer Badge Pick-Up

Need to pick up your daily volunteer badge? Look for the ORANGE banner that says “Daily Volunteer Badge Pick-Up” above one of the Hall D doors. Follow the ORANGE line on the ground in Hall D to find your way.

On-site Badge Sales

Need to buy a badge for WonderCon 2024? Look for the GREEN banner that says “Attendee Badge Salesabove one of the Hall D doors. Follow the GREEN line on the ground in Hall D to find your way.

You will be required to provide your Comic-Con Member ID account in order to purchase a badge.

Bags, Books, and Lanyards

Did you receive your badge in the mail? Look for the PURPLE banner that says “Bags, Books, and Lanyards” above one of the Hall D doors. Follow the PURPLE line on the ground in Hall D to pick up your complimentary items!

If you didn’t receive your badge in the mail, these will be distributed to you when you pick up your badge.

Please read the information below on early and next-day badge pick-up

Early Badge Pick-Up

All badge types will be available for pick-up during open hours on Thursday, March 28, 2024 in Hall D of the Anaheim Convention Center. Get a head start on your convention experience and pick up your badge early!

Next-Day Badge Pick-Up

Starting Friday, March 29, we offer next-day badge pick-up after 3:00 PM. For example, if you purchased badges for Saturday and Sunday, you can pick them both up after 3:00 PM on Friday. No badges will be released for the following day until after 3:00 PM.

Single-Day Badges

  • A single-day badge is only valid for the day indicated on the badge. Single-day badges cannot be exchanged for a different day.
  • If you purchased three single-day badges (Friday–Sunday), your badges will automatically be consolidated into one 3-Day badge. You cannot opt out of 3-Day badge consolidation.
  • If you registered multiple single-day badges, you may pick all of them up on the day of your earliest badge. For example, if you purchased a Saturday and Sunday badge, you may pick them both up on Saturday.

Child Badges

Children must be present to be registered for a badge and you will be required to provide emergency contact information for any child registrant.

Children age 12 and under are free with a registered adult. You may register a child for a complimentary badge on-site in Hall D of the Anaheim Convention Center.

If you are picking up your badge on-site, you will be able to register your child for a badge when you pick up your own.

If you received your badge in the mail, please follow the PINK line on the ground to Badge Solutions to register your child after you pick up your complimentary items!

Learn more about ID requirements, lost badges, and capacity limits for WonderCon.

Lost Badges: Please keep your badge safe and secure at all times. Lost badges may be replaced on-site for a nominal fee at the Badge Solutions Desk in Hall D of the Anaheim Convention Center. If you are an exhibitor, please visit Exhibitor Registration in the back of Hall A for lost badge replacement.

Undelivered Badges: If your WonderCon badge was lost in the mail or delivered to a wrong address, please see our Badge Shipping page for instructions.

ID Requirement: Every badge holder will be required to present a valid photo ID when they arrive. Security checks will be performed to ensure that only the person listed on the badge is admitted to the event using that badge. The name on your badge must match your photo ID.

Limited Capacity: All event and program rooms have a limited capacity as set by the fire marshal. Although your WonderCon badge is required to get into all events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if it has reached its capacity. We do not clear rooms between events. Most autograph signings are of a limited nature. Your WonderCon badge does not guarantee autographs at any event.

Data Protection: Data collected during registration is retained by SDCC to enable you to purchase badges for future SDCC events. Retained information will also be used to inform you of registration information related to your badge purchase and events run by SDCC.
