professional registration: step-by-step
Register as a Professional
All NOT DUE professionals are guaranteed a badge for WonderCon 2024, but you must register online during the professional registration period.
If you intend to register a guest, please remember that all professional guests must have their own unique and confirmed Comic-Con Member ID. A Comic-Con Member ID is free and you only need to sign up once! We encourage you to have your guest sign up for a Member ID as soon as possible. You will not be able to register a guest without knowing their Comic-Con Member ID.
Step 1
Under the “Professionals” menu at the top of the page, click “WonderCon 2024 Professional Registration.” This will take you to the first page of the badge registration process.
Confirm that you are signed in under your own account, and click “Add to Cart” at the bottom of the page. This will add your own professional badge to your cart, and take you to the next step.
Step 2
All professionals are allowed to register up to two guest badges, while inventory remains. If this page is displayed, inventory is available and you may add up to two guest badges to your WonderCon 2024 registration.
NOTE: If you are only registering your own professional badge and do not wish to register any guest badges, click “Continue” on this page without adding any guests to your cart, click “Checkout” in the pop-up that appears, and skip to step 5! Do not click “Register Another Member.”
Step 3
Select the number of guest badges that you would like to register, then check the “Add to Cart” button as shown. When the number of guest badges you wish to register is selected, click “Continue” in the bottom right corner, then click “Checkout” in the pop-up that appears. Do not click “Register Another Member.”
Step 4
For each guest badge, add your guest’s Member ID and last name, then click “Search.” If you correctly input your guest’s Member ID and last name, it will show up with a check mark next to it. If you did not, you will be prompted to correct your entry and search again.
Once all of your guest badges have names and Member IDs associated with them, click “Save & Continue” at the bottom of the page.
Step 5
Carefully read our badge registration terms and conditions. Select the “I agree to the above statement” checkbox, and then “Save & Continue.”
Step 6
You are ready to check out! Ensure that all details shown are correct, then click “Process Order” to finalize your badge registration.
Step 7
When your registration is complete, you will see a confirmation screen that lists your professional badge and guest badge(s), if any. You will also receive an order receipt email after your registration is complete. If you registered a guest, they will receive a separate order receipt email.
Congratulations, you’re registered for WonderCon 2024!
All badges registered by February 20, 2024, will be mailed to the “Primary Shipping Address” on file in the registering professional’s Comic-Con Member ID account. We are unable to ship to an international address. Badges registered after February 20, 2024, and badges with international addresses, must be picked up on-site by the registering professional.
Recommended Browser Settings
Attempting to purchase badges using multiple tabs within the same browser will confuse the badge registration system and cause your transaction to fail. Only use one browser tab when trying to purchase badges. Your browser should have JavaScript and cookies enabled to function reliably with the badge registration system. These features are usually enabled in the default configuration of most modern web browsers. If you do not have these features enabled, the registration system may not function properly.
MOBILE DEVICES: The badge registration system is not formatted for iPad or mobile devices. Although mobile devices have been tested and can be used to register for a badge during professional registration, SDCC is unable to guarantee that the registration system will behave as expected using a mobile device.
The Fine Print
While SDCC has made every effort to make the badge registration experience fair for everyone, it is possible that problems outside of our control could result in the system not working as planned. The possibility exists that anti-virus, anti-spyware, and anti-malware software may aggressively block browser cookies, JavaScript, or other operations of modern web applications. It is also possible that user error, specific hardware problems, local ISP issues, or simply the extremely high level of demand beyond our control may result in your computer and/or browser not behaving as described above. While SDCC has done extensive testing, we make no guarantees that your efforts will result in a successful badge registration regardless of when you enter the process.

Does WonderCon 2024 registration qualify me for a Comic-Con 2024 badge?
No, this registration period is for WonderCon 2024 only. To register for Comic-Con 2024, please visit the REGISTER AS A PROFESSIONAL section.
Do all qualifying professionals get a badge? Do I need to register as soon as online registration opens?
Each approved professional will receive an individual guaranteed allotment and pricing for their own badge and guest badge(s). This allotment will be available for the full length of the registration period for each show, and is not on a first-come, first-served basis.
IMPORTANT: Even if you have been approved as a professional, you must still separately register a badge for each of our shows that you wish to attend. Badge allotments are guaranteed but are not automatically added to your account!
Can I bring a guest to WonderCon?
Each verified professional may request a complimentary WonderCon 2024 badge for up to two guests until capacity is reached. Once registration opens, follow the instructions that will be outlined in the REGISTER AS A PROFESSIONAL section.
All guests must have a valid Comic-Con Member ID account. Guest badges are limited, and not all guests can be accommodated. Professional guest badges may be used to register up to two adult or junior (age 13-17) members. We encourage you to register your guest badge(s) at the same time you register your own badge.
Children (age 12 and under) are free with a professional badge and do not count toward your guest limit. Child badges must be registered on-site at the Registration Area in the Anaheim Convention Center. The child must be present to receive a badge.
I applied before the September 15, 2023 deadline to be considered for Comic-Con 2024, but my application has not been reviewed yet. WIll I still be able to register as a professional if I’m approved?
Yes! If you submitted your application before the deadline, it will be reviewed in consideration for our 2024 shows. If approved, you will have the opportunity to register your approved allotment of badges and guest badges until registration closes.
